Many companies struggle to shift from siloed structures to effective transversal collaboration. Since 2010, the rise of digital transformation has compelled organizations to rethink processes and tools for cross-functional teamwork. This need is becoming even more important in the context of ESG transition.

I’ve worked across companies of all sizes in various industries. There has always been one point of attention that drove my motivation along this journey: see my colleagues thrive by enhancing relationships, installing optimal processes with appropriate tools.

With the desire to deliver my optimal contribution to the community, I took some time to map my drivers and talents and, as a result, founded Linking Minds.

Fluent in French, Dutch, English and Spanish, I’m passionate about management, psychology, neurosciences and transformational leadership.

Over the years, I got a solid experience in project and change management and have enhanced my skills by adopting the certified methodologies PROSCI®, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and OKR Professional Coaching.
